NOTE: If you are a big fan of Joe, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you watch this episode because he has quite a bit of screentime in it.
True, Joe was a bit of a douchebag in the beginning and middle of the episode but he really shaped up by the end by saving the day at the cost of Diego's wish to beat the eradicator. He did what he had to do, a video game monster was brought to life and wreaking havoc in the oasis so I think it was prefectly justified of Joe to turn off the game system to stop it.
Poor Ziggy was pretty much a punching bag in the episode, though. The ending was funny, though when Ziggy's life bar dropped to zero and he got a Game Over screen.
